Are pets allowed?
Out of consideration for other guests and especially those suffering from allergies, we try to limit pets in our house. Please contact us regarding a request.
Until when can I check in or out?
Our hotel is open in the evening until at least 24:00, for later arrivals please inform us by phone so that we can leave your room card in the safe in front of the house. Later check-out after 11:00 a.m. is possible on request, provided your room is not urgently needed for further reservations.
Do I have to reserve the bowling alley?
To ensure that lanes are available, we recommend booking in advance.
Is there a charge for the bowling alley?

Is the use of the wellness and fitness area included for hotel guests?
Our wellness and fitness area is available free of charge between 16:00 and 22:00.
Is a lockable and secure garage for bicycles available?
Yes, there is a lockable room in our hotel for your valuable bicycles. It is also possible for you to dry your sportswear there.
Veggie, vegan?
Our kitchen endeavours to cater for special dietary requests and vegetarian food. We are happy to take your concerns and wishes into account. Gluten-free pizza is also possible.
Are bathrobes available?
Bathrobes can be rented at the reception for a one-time fee of EUR 6.00 per stay.
Does my room have a bathtub or shower?
You are welcome to indicate a preference when booking. Some of our rooms have both a bathtub and shower, others only have a shower or a bathtub.
Are the rooms accessible by wheelchair?
A barrier-free toilet is available in the general hotel area. Some selected rooms are also suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. All our rooms are easily accessible from the restaurant and car park by lift. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Are there rooms for people suffering from allergies?
We strive to meet the highest hygienic standards for our guests. For special requirements and allergy sufferers, bedding without feathers or a room without carpeting is available on request. Special dietary requests can be fulfilled, please inform us in advance.
